CIC Normal Applicators – they are applied for normal applicators. These types of applicators are used for side feed and end feed type of terminals. The advantage of using this applicator is that it is user friendly, simple in operation and economical.

Pneumatic Applicators – if there are terminals of higher pitch, then use of pneumatic applicators is suitable. For good performance, there is need for stabilized pneumatic supply.

Spiral Setting Applicators – these are advanced versions of applicators where crimp height is adjusted by using spiral discs. Stability along with good repeatability is what they are known for.

Large Terminal Applicators – mainly, their use is in battery. It is most suitable for large presses and loose terminal crimping. In addition, there is provision of spiral setting mechanism.

2. Motorized Pull Testers – to find out the joining strength between the terminal and the wire, it is essential to do the pull testing of the crimp. In earlier models, pull testing was done manually but the results were not reliable and there were jerks in pulling. Therefore motorized pull testers were used and are more reliable. There are four ranges of motorized pull testers – 0 - 50kg, 0 – 100kg, 0 – 200kg, 0 – 500kg. They have calibrated sensor and there is variable speed motor with the help of which pulling is done. If you want different speeds, then there is option for that too – 50 mm/min, 100 mm/min, 150 mm/min, 200 mm/min.
